Enjoy your confined water space component of the course along with theory at the BRAC, Cable Beach Rd Broome W.A.
Day 1
CLASSROOM:
- Saturday Morning 9 am - 11.30 am Location TBA
Interactive and fun theory session exploring how your body works under breath hold.
POOL:
- Saturday Afternoon 12pm - 3 pm BRAC Cable Beach Rd Broome
Putting all the tools that we have learnt together and discovering your potential in a safe environment.
Day 2
Ocean dive :
- Sunday Morning 9am - 4pm Location TBA
Breath and yoga workshop
breathing and stretching techniques to compliment our diving session
Dive 1
2 x boat dives exploring your potential while making your way to depths of between 10-16 metres
Begin working through the different freedive disciplines
Help you to progress to depths of 10-16 metres by focussing on equalisation techniques and building confidence
Finding a path that works for you to become comfortable with progressing with new depths

Dive 2
Fun dive ! We explore our beautiful coastline and search for the stunning creatures that call it home
Safety and rescues. While having fun, we work through re creating and completing rescue scenarios.
Post course

One complimentary pool session within 7 days if you did not meet requirements on day
Simple training guide to help you to keep progressing and improving your love for the water
Photos will be shared of our weekends adventure along with a link to our community to help find other like minded explorers
Total cost for the weekend - $ 550 including certification
