Pain, pressure, or one ear that just won’t cooperate?

This Equalisation Workshop is for scuba divers, freedivers, and spearfishers who want to fix equalisation problems — not force their way past them.

🫧 Especially helpful for divers who struggle on descent or feel blocked early in the dive.

What we’ll cover:

✔️ Common causes of equalisation problems (and how to fix them)

✔️ Frenzel and valsava Basics — explained simply

✔️ Jaw, tongue & soft palate control

✔️ Dry drills + in-water application

✔️ Individual troubleshooting and feedback
